Sand at the head of the Port de Sóller bay
The sand and shingle beach that closes off the southern end of the Port de Sóller bay, an almost round natural harbour at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. It's a town beach, with a seafront promenade, palm trees and restaurants behind, and the water is usually calm because the bay only opens to the sea through a narrow mouth.

How to get there
- By car and on foot
- Behind the beach there are several surface car parks, such as Platja d'en Repic, Camp de sa Mar and Can Miró. In the Port de Sóller the blue zone (ORA) runs from 1 March to 15 November, every day from 10:00 to 19:00, and you pay at the meter or with the EasyPark app. Outside those dates there's no ORA in the Port. In summer it's hard to find a space by mid-morning. It's a town beach: you can walk there along the Port de Sóller seafront. By car, from Sóller take the road to the Port and the signposted turn-off for Platja d'en Repic. There are wooden boardwalks for people with reduced mobility.

- The Sóller tram links the town with the Port and stops at plaça de sa Torre, about 300 m from the beach. TIB bus 204 connects Palma with the Port de Sóller.

It's the Port's main beach and it fills up in July and August, but it's quieter than the one in the middle of the village. Parking by mid-morning is the hardest part.
Tips and what to bring
- Come by tram if you can. It stops at plaça de sa Torre, next to the beach, and saves you hunting for parking.
- Bring coins or the EasyPark app. From 1 March to 15 November the Port’s car parks are pay-and-display from 10:00 to 19:00.
- Leave the dog at home in summer. Sóller’s bylaw doesn’t allow animals on the beach in high season.
- No need to bring lunch. The promenade has bars and restaurants a few steps from the sand.
The beach sits at the far end of the bay and faces the harbour mouth, to the north-west. That’s why the water is usually calm: open-sea swell barely reaches it.
