Coves sheltered from the mistral

The mistral (mestral) is the wind that blows from the north-west. These coves open to the sea on another side, so with mistral the wind reaches them from the land and the water stays still. If it blows very hard a swell can still come in: check today's conditions.

We include the coves whose mouth faces away from the mistral (more than 90° between the cove's orientation and the north-west).
